Comfort Inn & Suites Branson Meadows

Great hotel! We had a great stay while in Branson. The kids enjoyed the game room and pool. Everything was really clean. I'm very picky when it comes to hotels and cleanliness and this one met my expectations. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. My husband is picky about food and went in with low expectations but he was pleasantly surprised. The room had a mini fridge and microwave which we loved. It also had a coffee pot and was stocked with coffee and tea. Not long after we made it up to our room someone called and made sure everything was good with our room and asked if we needed anything which I appreciated. They just went above and beyond. This will be our first choice if we're ever in Branson again!

Excellent location off the beaten path, but easy access to any place you want to go. All staff were very nice especially Melanie at the front desk. The pool is nice and warm for swimming, the game room was fun and breakfast was excellent. The entire hotel was clean and accommodating. Will definitely be staying here at this location again.

Stayed here a couple of weeks ago for the night. Rates were a little higher than we expected, but it was a very pleasant stay! Spotless room, quiet and comfortable, the lobby had very nice decor, and maintenance had added decorations inside and out for the upcoming holiday season, with many beautiful Christmas lights outside. I ran into the head maintenance guy the next morning, and we had a great conversation as that is also my line of work. It is obvious he is dedicated to keeping the hotel in excellent condition along with the cleaning crew and it shows in the attention to detail inside and out of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous hotel, great staff, convenient to everything Branson and it looked beautiful. The hotel smelled clean... You know how some hotels reek of disinfectant and air freshener but you can still detect the odor of the underlying mold? Well this one wasn't like that! Breakfast was ok. Powdered scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon/sausage, hot and cold cereal, waffles, juice and coffee. Updated 12/7 - I was informed that packaged eggs, not powdered eggs were used. My apologies to Comfort Inn. The hotel lobby and grounds were decorated beautifully. The hotel has a pool, game room, fitness center, laundry room. Although I didn't use these, they looked clean and maintained.

We always stay at the Comfort Inn whenever we're traveling. This is the first time I was truly disappointed. First, they gave us a room on the second floor that overlooked the lobby when you came out of your front door. That was fine. But we assumed the room would be soundproof like hotel rooms usually are? No it was not! So the first morning I was woken up at 6:00 a.m. by children hollering in the lobby. I realize kids will be kids. What can the staff really do except maybe ask the parents to quiet them down because of the early hour. Why were the parents allowing that? I cannot imagine. Second day I was woken up at 4:30. Now I have to say the rooms were very clean and very nice. The whole facility is very clean and very nice. But that doesn't really matter to me when I can't sleep. Next, we got some kind of a slip of paper when we registered stating that if we wanted full service housekeeping, we needed to contact them before 10:00 a.m.? I thought that was weird. But I went ahead and called and the woman who answered the phone acted like I was really inconveniencing them by asking for that? What? Isn't that what I just paid $200 a night for? Later I found another slip of paper where I could choose the option of self-serve housekeeping. You tell them how many towels you need and so on and so forth, and they leave it on your door in a bag and you can do it yourself? Seriously? The last thing I want to do on vacation is go around counting how many towels, hand towels, and washcloths I need, and then picking them all up and putting them in a bag for housekeeping so that they can leave me a bag and I can do their job for them. But then to treat me like I'm inconveniencing them was too much. Plus, even though we asked for full service, they only made one of the beds. Although we did still tip the housekeeping staff twice. I'm really hoping this is just something that particular hotel does and not a new practice of Comfort Inns. If so, I'll have to find a new hotel line to begin staying with. Then the person who registered us, I believe he might be the Owner, kept telling us about this wonderful full breakfast that they had! It was nothing special. I've been to Comfort Inns with a worse breakfast and I've been to those with much better. The coffee out of the spigot on the wall in the dining room is reasonable. But they bring coffee out into the lobby at night that they make extra hot and in doing so burn the hell out of it so that it's undrinkable. Obviously the owner is not a coffee drinker or he would know this. They did have hot water for tea, hot chocolate and cider out in the evenings as well. We didn't use the pool but I did go out and check it. It's definitely heated. It was a nice swimmable temperature.
